Additional Services Information

Integrative Medical Consultations

This includes integrative medical care consultations for specific conditions or general wellness. Conditions we frequently treat include Lyme disease, fatigue, thyroid disease, women's hormones, weight loss, diabetes, hypertension, food allergies and more.

We use herbs, nutrition, and energetic therapies including Chinese medicine, Functional Medicine, life coaching, essential oils and meditative practices may be woven into your treatment plan.

The initial appointment is approximately 1.5-2 hours and there is a one-time charge of $400.00 new patient application fee that is non-refundable. This applies to patients with insurance and without insurance. Our follow-up visits usually last about 45-60 minutes. Phone consults and Email (Patient portal) consultations are available and necessary fees would be applied.

Oriental Medicine, Acupuncture, and Functional Medicine

Dr. Anahita Seyedan, DOM, MAc, LAc, and Dr.Robin Burgess, D.N.P., APRN, FNP-BC provide treatments sessions to new and established patients. They can also do simple treatments as part of the medical appointment or an add-on acupuncture appointment. Patients also have the option of reserving an add-on mini acupuncture session after their medical visits. In addition to acupuncture, Dr. Seyedan treats her patients by prescribing herbal medicine and life coaching. Dr. Burgess practices as a primary doctor and is very knowledgeable about functional medicine.

Far Infrared Light Therapy

We also offer Far Infrared Light Therapy. Our whole body FIR therapy is a great way to release the body from toxins as well as supporting circulation and health at the inter cellular level. It also helps your body expel viruses like colds and flu. Have a relaxing therapeutic experience, listen to your favorite music and enjoy a refreshing drink of fresh water while doing your "mindbodysoul" a favor.

Labs

In addition to ordering conventional labs through your insurance company (usually Quest or Labcorp), we also offer many functional medicine laboratory evaluations. Available tests include digestive studies, food sensitivities, antioxidant and nutritional deficiencies and evaluation, hormones, heavy metals, etc.

Rates

Office visits and phone services are time based -- fees will vary. There is a one-time charge of $400.00 new patient application fee that is non refundable. This applies to patients with insurance and/or without insurance. Each patient is required to sign the paperwork acknowledging that once a service is rendered, there is no refund.

Customized assessment
