I am a board certified family physician offering comprehensive care for all ages that is attentive, individualized and affordable. I offer a unique type of healthcare that borrows from ancient traditions and incorporates the latest advances in medicine. This integration allows me to offer natural as well as prescription therapies to patients. I also place emphasis on healing as a whole, with attention to mind, body and spirit.
My office is located at Tai Sophia in Laurel, MD. This building offers an extensive healing arts library, bookstore and cafe, meditation and herb gardens. Tai Sophia is a graduate school of Acupuncture, Herbal Medicine and Applied Healing Arts. They also offer many community programs.

Every month, more than 40,000 patients across the U.S. provide online feedback about their experiences with their doctors. They rate various components such as bedside manner, doctor-patient face time, degree of follow-up, courtesy of office staff, and overall opinions. Over the course of 2008, reviews from Patients' Choice totaled hundreds of thousands of patient opinions. While physicians generally receive positive reviews from their patients, only a select few receive uniformly rave reviews across the board. In fact, of the nation's 720,000 active physicians, less than 5% were accorded this honor by their patients in 2008. Dr. Rabenhorst has received the honor from her patients as being one of the physicians most highly regarded by their patients.
