My Philosophy is really captured by one word, namaste: “I honor the place in you in which the entire universe dwells. I honor the place in you which is of Love, of Truth, of Light, and of Peace. When you are in that place in you and I am in that place in me, We are One.”
In addition to a strong spiritual foundation that strengthens my integrity, my philosophy is focused on holistic healing. I also feel it is important to ascertain the cause of symptoms. This means it is important to not just cover up the symptom, but to also ask what the symptom means. Often, there are layers to our relationship with our symptoms. There is a "Fix it" attitude and then there is an investigative relationship. The symptom might have meaning and be a source of insight on a mind, body and/or spirit level, and at the same time we are suffering. This interplay is, I think, part of the art of medicine.
Health is not an endpoint; healing is a lifelong journey. I believe health mirrors life in that we are not meant to feel perfect all the time, just as life is often not how we want it. However, there are times of feeling wonderful, and my service is to help you understand your body and guide you in caring for yourself so these times are optimized.
This journey is a healing partnership. Click on this link to read more much more about my philosophy.
