On our internal survey, patients are asked to rank their experience from 1-5, with 5 being most positive (in accessibility, professionalism, promptness, listening, etc). So far, 93% of responses were 4/5 or 5/5. No responses ranked below 3.

On a national patient feedback level (Vitals.com) I was ranked 4 out of 4 stars.

Of course, the best feedback is when patients trust me with the care of their friends and family. A large percentage of my new patients are from such referrals, and I am thankful for the acknowledgment and opportunity.
